We have an exciting post today. Novel Notions will be hosting the cover reveal of the new cover for The Return of the Knights by Gregory Kontaxis. This is the first book in The Dance of Light series.

The cover was inspired by one of the legendary swords of the story. The Sword of Light was forged by the Elder Races and it was gifted to the tamers of the pegasi. According to the legends, it is the most powerful sword that has ever been created. This series was inspired by several great stories, written by J. R. R. Tolkien, J.K. Rowling, Brandon Sanderson and Mark Lawrence. It is also inspired by Greek mythology and other Greek tales about war, magic, loyalty and bravery.

This is the first book in the Swords of Dominion series. It has a different cover art before, and the author has decided to rebrand it with a more beautiful and fitting cover art. Plus, there will be new illustrations and a map inside the book done by Sara Ferrari. The book will also be 100+ pages longer than its previous edition after it received new editing from the incredible Sarah Chorn. This is the second book in the Ranger of the Titan Wilds series, a Horizon: Zero Dawn inspired epic fantasy series. I haven’t read started the series yet, but the first book which has interior illustrations by Felix Ortiz published through a Kickstarter campaign is in my possession already, and it looks stunning. This second book in the series will be published through a Kickstarter campaign, too, just like the first one, and the link to the campaign (due to launch a week from now) is up already. We have an exciting post today. Novel Notions will be hosting the REAL cover reveal to the hardback edition of Death’s Beating Heart by Rob J. Hayes. Apparently, after posting the gorgeous cover reveal to The Titan Hoppers by Rob J. Hayes a few months ago, I am lucky enough to be given the chance to host another awesome cover reveal for Hayes’s books. I haven’t read this one yet, but many have voiced their opinion on how good the series is. And as a fan of The Mortal Techniques series by the author, I have faith they’re right on this. And as a bonus, before you see the cover art to Death’s Beating Heart, the final book in The War Eternal series, as a refresher I will post ALL the previous cover art for the hardback in the series first! Alright, we have another incredibly exciting post today. Posting a cover reveal is always exciting to me, and today, Orbit Books has once again asked Novel Notions to host the cover re-reveal of a book I read and enjoyed roughly three years ago: The Lost War by Justin Lee Anderson. Just like The Combat Codes, this was originally a self-published novel that became one of the finalists in SPFBO 6th. With the difference being… The Lost War won first place in SPFBO 6th (2020). This is one of my favorite books, and I think Orbit made the right choice in getting this awesome book into their list of catalogs. And now, The Lost War is receiving a brand-new cover art, design, and publication date. Also, there’s some news regarding the long-awaited sequel to The Lost War below. Do not miss out on it. Yes! The Bone Shard Daughter remains strong as one of my favorite fantasy debuts, and I’ve longed for the conclusion to the trilogy for a while now. Today, amazingly, I get to host the cover reveal of the final volume in The Drowning Empire trilogy!
